Jennifer Lopez
At 52, Jennifer Lopez has got that eternal youth that we all crave: glowing skin, glossy hair and a killer body. Yes, she has a gruelling training routine, but it’s her nutrition that’s the real deal!
"What you eat doesn't just affect your body; it can also affect the way your skin looks," Lopez told Hello!.
Her trainer Tracy Anderson previously said of Lopez’s diet, “It’s all organic... with the balance of high-quality proteins and lots of nutrient-dense foods.” She also drinks 7 cups of water each day, powers up with lean protein, eats lots of antioxidant-rich leafy greens and healthy carbs like sweet potato, brown rice, quinoa, and oatmeal.
If you struggle to fit getting your greens into your diet, try supplementing them.
Victoria Beckham
Global megastar Spice-Girl-turned-fashion-designer Victoria Beckham has revealed she is a creature of habit and “very disciplined” with what she eats.
She eats lots of fresh fish, vegetables, and salads but tends to avoid fruit as it can make her bloated. “I am very disciplined with my eating, but that’s how I find I get the most out of my body. I do eat seeds and nuts, but never fizzy drinks and no processed sugar. My treat is a few glasses of red wine, and I love tequila. I do eat carbs, but I keep them to a minimum. I have lots of avocado and really good fats, like salmon. With four children and a job, I work long hours, and doing this works for me so I can give 100 percent,” she told Net-A-Porter.
If you find it difficult to incorporate omega 3 and fatty acids into your diet, turn to supplements to amp up your intake!

Huntington-Whiteley says she doesn’t restrict anything unless she needs to get into shape quickly. “I believe in eating the whole egg, not just the white! I grew up in a household where nothing was restricted, so I don’t have any food rules,” she told Net-A-Porter. She swore by intermittent fasting after breastfeeding.
Kate Hudson
Superstar actor Kate Hudson looks as radiant as ever at 42, so what’s her secret?
Although she admits she’s not super regimented, she always has celery juice first thing in the morning, and it helps to get her digestion moving. (She warns others if they’re doing the same, to have a bathroom nearby – noted!)
Breakfast is either two boiled eggs with sourdough, avocado, and olive oil or oatmeal with lots of fruit, seeds, nuts, and maple syrup. Lunch is a salad or smoothie (and she’s even launched her own line of nutritional powders). Her favorite easy dinner is chicken with fresh herbs. For snacking, chips and salsa and dairy-free ice cream are her go-to's. Drinks-wise, she turns to sparkling water on healthy days, with the odd Negroni thrown in for good measure – a woman after our own heart!
Tracee Ellis Ross
A Golden-Globe winning actor, dedicated activist, and CEO of her own haircare brand for curly hair, she needs plenty of energy to keep going. So, how does maven Tracee Ellis Ross fuel up?

Then, after her workout, she replenishes energy with a berry vegan protein shake. A typical lunch is a hard-boiled egg with quinoa, zucchini, and Brazil nuts, and for snacking, she opts for apple and peanut butter for slow-release energy. She also included lots of water, green tea, and for lunch, chicken salad with grapes and celery. Gomez encourages others not to be restrictive with food. "Don't obsess about what you can't or shouldn't eat; focus on what good stuff you want to eat and how to make it yummy,” she told Byrdie. Amen to that!
