All you do is combine your favorite yogurt, granola, honey, vanilla extract, and fruit on a lined tray, then freeze! Once it's frozen, break it into shards for a delicious breakfast that will cool you down in the balmy summer heat.
Use Greek yogurt for an extra hit of protein – ideal for a balanced, yummy pre-workout or post-workout snack! You could even go one step further and add a scoop of protein powder into your yogurt and mix well before spreading across your tray, and voila – your delicious protein-packed snack awaits.

Ingredient
2 cups 500g Cocobella Coconut Yoghurt, or your favourite yoghurt of choice
2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla bean extract
¼ cup chocolate chips*
½ cup fresh sliced strawberries
½ cup fresh raspberries
¼ cup fresh blueberries
⅓ cup store-bought granola of choice

Store in an airtight container, in the freezer, for 1-2 weeks.
For dairy-free bark, use dairy-free yogurt.
How to make it
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Freeze Time: 3-6 hours
Total Time: 16 minutes
- Line a 9” x 10” baking tray with parchment paper, and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add yogurt and mix until smooth.
- Stir through with maple syrup or honey and vanilla.
- Fold through chocolate chips.
- Spread the yogurt mixture into a lined tray, smoothing out the top.
- Scatter over strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and granola.
- Set in the freezer for 3-6 hours or overnight, until completely hardened.
- Remove from the freezer and slice into pieces.
- Enjoy!
